These Conditions of Sale regulate the sale of products marketed by the Chio di Francesca Battisti company in Rome in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchase transactions, between the Seller and the Customer, will be governed by the following General Conditions.

REGISTRATION

However, we must consider the fact that multiple users can place orders for the same item/s at the same time and consequently vary the quantity of products present in our warehouse. In this case it will be our concern to notify the Customer by telephone or e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product, who at that point can freely decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In case of cancellation you will be immediately refunded the amount paid.

www.ilsentierodelbenessere.it reserves the right to process even only partially the orders received based on the availability of the products in the warehouse.

It should also be remembered that the images in the product data sheets are indicative and sometimes, all being handmade products, may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the article, although we show a lot of care and attention in this too.

Before forwarding the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product is summarized, the total cost in case of purchase of several products and the related delivery costs. Once the purchase order has been submitted, the customer will receive fromwww.ilsentierodelbenessere.it an e-mail message certifying confirmation of receipt of the purchase order and containing information relating to the main characteristics of the purchased good, the detailed indication of the price, of delivery costs, applicable taxes and means of payment.

SALE PRICES

All sales prices displayed on the sitewww.ilsentierodelbenessere.it  are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They may be subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are the responsibility of the customer, clearly displayed before completing the order. Any customs duties are charged to the customer.

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made exclusively by courier, which delivers by 7/21 working days (with some exceptions) following the fulfillment of the order. Transport costs are charged to the customer, clearly visible at the time of placing the order.

Shipping costs are offered free of charge for domestic orders in Italia (including the Vatican and San Marino) starting from € 43,90 (quarantetreeuro,90), international into Europe and the Mediterranean Basin starting from € 250,00 (two hundred and fifty,00) and international in Rest of the world starting € 500,00 (five hundred,00).

PAYMENT

The customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed:

• Payment by PayPal and/or Credit Card: the consumer can use the payment procedure with PayPal and/or credit card, suitable to ensure the confidentiality of the data provided by customers. For any information and further Legal Agreements, the Customer is referred to consult the site www.paypal.com.
• Payment by bank transfer: payment by bank transfer can be made using the details displayed during the online ordering procedure. In the event that payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased good will be shipped in the manner described in the following paragraph “Delivery of Products”, to the address indicated by the customer upon receipt of the credit, therefore on average within three/six working days after the transfer has been made (the timing varies depending on the credit institution used).

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The purchased good, together with the relevant invoice, is delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer when ordering online. In fact, the technique with which CHIO jewels are produced does not allow to obtain perfectly identical pieces and any slight difference must be considered a characteristic of value and uniqueness.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, The consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract entered into with Il Sentierodelbenessere, without specifying the reason, within the deadline of 5 (cinque) working days starting from the receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is recognized by the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the sitewww.ilsentierodelbenessere.it. The right of withdrawal is exercised with the sending, within the aforementioned term, of a written communication to the address ofwww.ilsentierodelbenessere.it, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The notice of withdrawal must necessarily be sent,  within the aforementioned terms,  also by mail towww.ilsentierodelbenessere.it, with attached proof of sending Registered Letter. If the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return it toilsentierodelbenessere.it within the deadline of 5 (fifteen) days starting from the date of delivery of the goods by courier (at the customer's expense) a “V THE PATH OF WELLNESS BY LICENSE, 44 00012 GUIDONIA MONTECELIO(RM)   The good must be returned packed in its original packaging. The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the electronic receipt of the order. The costs of returning the goods by courier are charged to the customer.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, ilsentierodelbenessere.it is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs, even if offered for free starting from €150.00 (one hundred and fifty,00) for National orders in Italy,  a €250,00 (two hundred and fifty,00) for International orders in Europe and €500.00 (five hundred,00) for international orders in the rest of the world. In particular, theilsentierodelbenessere.it will proceed with the transmission of the re-credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped by 15 (fifteen) working days from the date on which the return package was received. This operation will be carried out by crediting the sum to the bank account indicated by the customer. Theilsentierodelbenessere.it has the right to reject any product returned that is not perfectly intact or in ways other than those specified above, as well as products for which the return costs have not been paid in full by the customer, or the methods and times indicated for the communication of the exercise of the right of withdrawal have not been respected.

All assets tampered with, damaged or not perfectly intact received by the Company after the return will be returned to the Customer, reserving the right to charge the customer for the cost of transport.
